Gisele Cai, President of Sunflower Design and Drafting. As founder of SDD, she is an energetic and confident person. Gisele oversees operations in the United States and in China. She has over 10 years experience in sales, marketing, communication initiatives, operational management and top management. Under her leadership and direction, Sunflower is developing and implementing solutions based on client needs, market conditions and Sunflower’s growth strategies. She has made a commitment to provide high quality design and drafting services.
Andy Lin, Vice President of Engineering. As one of co-founders of SDD, he is an innovative and unfailingly patient leader. Andy directs and controls Design, Drafting, QA and IT Teams. He also plays a vital role in strategic planning for SDD. With a degree in Architectural Design and comprehensive experience in the modular home industry, Andy’s expertise is a great asset to SDD.
Sales and marketing Teams develop and execute all marketing and communications initiatives to drive SDD’s growth strategy. They also handle most of our clients' interactions and follow up with clients for any specific details in operations and technical issues. The Client Support Team is knowledgeable and friendly.
Design & Drafting Team
Design and Drafting Team includes professional Architects, Engineers, and Skillful Drafters in the United States and China. Most of our designers and drafters have been educated in Civil Engineering, Construction Structure, Electrical, HVAC, etc., and have hands-on experience in the manufacturing environment.
QA Team
QA team is composed of many experienced veterans, with problem resolving skills. Our quality control process provides 100% assurance that each house has been inspected for code compliance and workmanship.
